Governmental duty of care
In 2024, a new duty of care for the government will be introduced. “A public authority shall ensure appropriate support in its interactions with citizens.” What does this mean for municipalities and implementing organizations?
Best practice research
What do citizens need in terms of being well-informed and assisted by the government? What measures are already being taken within government entities to comply with this new duty of care provision? What can organizations learn from each other? These questions formed the basis for a series of interviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to gather best practices.
